ChatbotLLM is a free online tool that lets teachers upload course materials—notes, slides, PDFs, HTML pages, audio recordings, and supported ZIP packages—to create a custom chatbot for a class.

It answers questions by retrieving information from those materials, helping learners get quick, interactive support grounded in the content their instructor provided.

How it works

    Input & preparation

    Upload supported documents, presentations, spreadsheets, text, web pages, audio, video, or ZIP packages. Content is converted to usable text through extraction, OCR, or transcription.

    Data processing

    Relevant URLs and web content are collected, then the extracted text is cleaned and prepared for retrieval.

    Model setup

    Course content is split into useful sections, represented as vectors, and connected to the selected retrieval model.
